The Little Capitals are excited to have Tim Graham step into the newly created role of Director of Coaching & Programs for 2010-11.  In this role, Graham will assume control of the daily hockey operations and work in conjunction with WLC Hockey Director Brian St. Louis to manage the daily hockey affairs.

Graham and St. Louis will also be re-tooling and expanding the hockey programs and services offered by the Little Caps to their members.

Graham spent three successful season behind the bench with WLC teams from 2007-10.  During the 2007-08 season Graham guided the WLC U-11s to the AYHL playoffs – the first time a WLC team had advanced to the AYHL playoffs in three years – where the Caps advanced to the semifinal round.  During 2008-09 Graham’s national-bound team finished second in the AYHL Pee Wee Major division and will compete at the March 12-15 USA Hockey Southeastern District Tournament.  This past season Graham's U12 team advanced to the AYHL playoff semifinals and captured the PVAHA championship.

Prior to coming to the Little Caps Graham coached with the Virginia Statesmen at the Junior and Pee Wee levels.   He is also a skilled skater and skating instructor who brings a wealth of enthusiasm and ability to his position.

As a player, Graham lettered four times (2002-05) at perennial NCAA Division III powerhouse Middlebury College.  As a collegian he helped lead the Panthers to a combined record of 98-14-6 and four straight NCAA championship appearances, including two straight NCAA Division III titles in 2004 and 2005.
